# Voucher & Membership

**Data Master → Voucher.** Satu menu, dua kegunaan yang berbeda.

## Voucher diskon

Kode yang dimasukkan pelanggan saat checkout untuk mendapat potongan harga. Anda menentukan:

* **Jenis potongan** — nominal tetap atau persentase.
* **Kuota** — berapa kali voucher boleh dipakai secara total.
* **Masa berlaku** — tanggal mulai dan berakhir.
* **Cakupan** — berlaku untuk layanan apa saja, di cabang mana.
* **Minimum transaksi** — nilai belanja minimal agar voucher bisa dipakai.

Kuota berkurang saat voucher dipakai, dan **dikembalikan otomatis** kalau bookingnya dibatalkan atau pembayarannya kadaluarsa. Anda tidak perlu mengembalikannya manual.

## Membership

Membership dijual ke pelanggan sebagai paket atau langganan. Pelanggan membelinya lewat storefront, lalu kredit atau haknya tersimpan di akun mereka.

Yang membedakan dari voucher biasa:

* Terikat ke pelanggan tertentu, bukan kode yang bisa disebar.
* Bisa berisi sejumlah kunjungan yang berkurang tiap dipakai.
* Bisa diatur agar booking pemegang membership **dikonfirmasi otomatis** tanpa menunggu pembayaran per kunjungan.

Kelola kepemilikan membership per pelanggan di **Pelanggan → Membership Pelanggan**.

Pembelian paket adalah transaksi tersendiri dan **tidak menghasilkan booking**. Bookingnya baru terbentuk saat pelanggan menukarkan kreditnya. Ini normal dan bukan tanda ada data yang hilang.

## Voucher untuk booking internal

Voucher juga bisa diterapkan pada booking yang Anda buat sendiri dari portal, misalnya untuk pelanggan yang datang langsung dengan kupon fisik.
