# Ulasan Pelanggan

**Data Master → Ulasan.** Pelanggan bisa memberi penilaian dan komentar setelah layanan selesai.

## Cara kerjanya

Ulasan terhubung ke booking, sehingga hanya pelanggan yang benar-benar pernah dilayani yang bisa menulisnya. Ini menjaga kredibilitas ulasan yang tampil di storefront.

## Menampilkan di storefront

Ulasan yang Anda setujui muncul di halaman ulasan storefront dan bisa ditampilkan di halaman depan. Ulasan menjadi bukti sosial yang mendorong pengunjung baru untuk booking.

## Menanggapi ulasan

Ulasan yang kurang baik lebih baik ditanggapi daripada disembunyikan. Pengunjung membaca cara Anda merespons, bukan hanya nilainya.
