# Metode Pembayaran & Invoice

**Pengaturan → Pengaturan → tab Pembayaran.** Di sini Anda memilih cara pelanggan boleh membayar.

## Metode yang tersedia

* **Transfer bank / virtual account** — pelanggan mendapat nomor VA, pembayaran terkonfirmasi otomatis.
* **E-wallet** — dompet digital populer di Indonesia.
* **Kartu kredit / debit**.
* **QRIS** — scan dan bayar.
* **QRIS milik Anda sendiri** — unggah kode QRIS bisnis Anda, ditampilkan langsung di halaman invoice.
* **Tunai / bayar di tempat** — untuk booking yang dibuat dari portal atau walk-in.

Nyalakan hanya yang benar-benar Anda layani. Setiap metode aktif menambah pilihan di halaman checkout.

## Invoice

Setiap booking berbayar menghasilkan halaman invoice bermerek berisi rincian layanan, add-on, diskon, biaya, dan total. Invoice bisa:

* Diunduh sebagai PDF.
* Dikirim otomatis ke email pelanggan.
* Dibuka kembali kapan saja lewat tautan yang sama.

## Aturan pembayaran

Di halaman yang sama Anda juga mengatur:

* **Batas waktu pembayaran** — berapa lama slot ditahan sebelum booking dilepas.
* **Aturan pembatalan dan reschedule** — lihat [Reschedule, Pembatalan & Waitlist](/booking/perubahan-jadwal.md).
* **Siapa menanggung biaya transaksi** — lihat [Biaya & Cara Perhitungan](/pembayaran-and-keuangan/biaya-dan-perhitungan.md).

## Kalau pembayaran terlambat terkonfirmasi

Kadang konfirmasi dari bank datang setelah batas waktu booking lewat. Sistem punya proses rekonsiliasi yang memulihkan booking semacam ini secara otomatis. Anda tidak perlu membuat ulang bookingnya.
