# Staf, Peran & Hak Akses

**Data Master → Staf & Peran.** Staf adalah orang yang punya akun untuk login ke portal.

Staf dan provider adalah dua hal berbeda. **Staf** menentukan siapa yang bisa login dan melihat apa. **Provider** (di menu Resource) menentukan siapa yang mengerjakan booking dan mendapat komisi. Satu orang sering perlu didaftarkan di keduanya.

## Peran dan hak akses

**Data Master → Staf & Peran.** Setiap peran menentukan akses per modul, dengan tiga tingkat:

| Tingkat         | Artinya                                        |
| --------------- | ---------------------------------------------- |
| **Tanpa akses** | Menu tidak muncul sama sekali.                 |
| **Lihat saja**  | Bisa membuka dan membaca, tidak bisa mengubah. |
| **Akses penuh** | Bisa membuat, mengubah, dan menghapus.         |

Contoh pembagian yang umum:

* **Resepsionis** — akses penuh ke Booking dan Pelanggan, lihat saja untuk Layanan, tanpa akses ke Saldo dan Pengaturan.
* **Manajer Cabang** — akses penuh ke seluruh data master dan laporan, tanpa akses ke Saldo.
* **Pemilik** — akses penuh ke semuanya, termasuk penarikan dana.

Akses ke menu **Saldo** berarti orang tersebut bisa mengajukan penarikan dana. Berikan hanya kepada yang memang berwenang atas keuangan.

## Menambahkan staf

Isi nama, email, nomor HP, cabang, dan peran. Staf menerima email untuk mengatur kata sandinya sendiri. Email yang sama tidak bisa dipakai untuk dua akun.
