# Langganan & Paket

Akses ke portal mengikuti status langganan bisnis Anda. Selama langganan aktif, seluruh fitur pada paket Anda terbuka.

## Melihat status

**Pengaturan → Pengaturan → tab Bisnis** menampilkan paket yang sedang aktif dan masa berlakunya.

## Saat langganan berakhir

Storefront dan data Anda tidak hilang. Yang terjadi adalah pembatasan akses ke sebagian fitur portal sampai langganan diperpanjang. Perpanjang sebelum tanggal berakhir agar operasional tidak terganggu.

## Masa percobaan dan perpanjangan khusus

Kalau Anda sedang dalam masa percobaan atau butuh perpanjangan khusus, tim DIRO bisa mengatur ini dari sisi platform. Hubungi tim Anda.

## Bantuan dan materi

**Bantuan** di menu portal berisi video tutorial dan berkas template yang bisa diunduh — misalnya format file untuk impor data pelanggan dan layanan.
